Ingredients:

1 loaf of complete non-sliced toast bread, 2  noodles nests, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp chili oil, 0.25 tsp of Bonito soup stock, 1 small bunch of cilantro, 10 peanuts, sugar

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests in cold water over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Place the whole toast loft on the baking sheet, cut an inner cube of the toast from the top of the bread (about 0.2 inches away from the edge of the bread); Press the inner part down to the bottom of the bread.
  3. Spread the melted butter evenly on all sides of the bread. Preheat the oven to 355 Fahrenheit and bake the bread for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the baked bread from oven and cool to room temperature.
  5. Place the peanuts into air fryer, spray with cooking oil, roast for 5 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit, and cool to room temperature.
  6. Put the cooked rice noodles into a larger container, add 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp chili oil, 0.25 tsp of Bonito soup stock, 0.25 tsp of sugar, cilantro, and roasted peanuts; Mix well.
  7. Add the mixed spicy rice noodles into the toasted toast bread. Ready to serve.
