We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase (subject to approval).
In order to qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, kindly submit the following to service@masgourmet.club:
- Original receipt for the product indicating a purchase no more than 30 days prior to the date of your Satisfaction Guarantee request
- Reason of the Refund or Replacement Request
- Picture to indicate the issue
Returns of purchases made through our retail partners cannot be accepted by us, so please kindly check with the retailer for their return policy. We reserve the right to limit or decline any refunds or exchanges.
