Ingredients

2 noodle nests, 2.5 tsp of Tom Yum Paste sauce, 1 cup Chicken Soup can, 3 shrimps, 1 cooked tamari, 1 slice of lime, 1 tsp basil leaves, 0.5 tsp butter, salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests in cold water for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Heat the frying pan on low heat and add butter, add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  3. Pour chicken Soup into a pot, add the Tom Yum Paste sauce with the cooked rice noodles and boil for 2 minutes on medium heat, then add the cooked tamari and shrimp and boil for another 1 minute.
  4. Serve the rice noodles and soup in a bowl, add the basil leaves and lime, and salt as desired. Enjoy the meal.
