Ingredients:

  • 2 noodle nests
  • 1 egg
  • 0.8 oz carrots (sliced)
  • 1.5 oz cabbage
  • 0.2 oz cooking oil
  • 0.1 oz soy sauce
  • 0.4 oz oyster sauce
  • and black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests with cold water over medium heat for 8 minutes in a pot; Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Slice carrots and kale, set aside.
  3. Break the egg and stir into liquid.
  4. Heat the frying pan, spay the cooking oil, pour beaten egg and stir fry for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.Heat the frying pan, add 0.2 oz cooking oil, then add cooked noodles, sliced carrots and cabbages, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the frying pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add salt and black pepper as desired.
  6. Ready to serve.
