Ingredients:

2 noodle nests, 1 egg, 2 slices of ham, 3 cooked seaweed knots, 3 - 5 mixed vegetable leaves or as desired, salt, 0.25 tsp Bonito soup stock, 1.5 tsp cooking oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Add 0.5 tsp cooking oil into a frying pan, and add egg until the edge of the egg is set. Put the egg aside.
  2. Add 3 - 4 cups of cold water to a pot, add 2 rice noodle nests and boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Add cooked seaweed knots, 1 tsp of cooking oil, 1 tsp of salt, mixed vegetables, and 0.25 tsp of bonito soup stock to the cooked rice noodles soup. Boil for 1 minute.
  4. Serve the soup and rice noodles in a bowl, top with fried egg and ham slices. Then enjoy the meal.
