Ingredients:

1.5 cups of Beef chill with beans soup (available at Vonc), 2 noodle nests, 0.5 tsp chopped garlic, 1 jalapeño (chopped), 1 bunch green onion (finely chopped) or as desired, 1 tsp light soy sauce, salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests in cold water over medium heat for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of Beef chill with beans into a frying pan; add cooked noodles and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, and add 1tsp light soy sauce, chopped garlic, jalapeño, and green onion. Mix well and ready to serve.
