Ingredients:

1.5 cups meatball soup (available in any grocery stores), 2 noodle nests, salt, and black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook 2 rice noodle nests in a pot of cold water over medium heat for 8 minutes, remove and rinse with cool water, then drain and set aside
  2. Pour 1.25 cups of meatball soup into a pot and add the cooked noodles; Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the soup and rice noodles in the bowl; add salt and black pepper as desired. Ready to serve.
