Ingredients:

2 noodle nests, 8 raw shrimps, half onions, 1 tomato, 4 tbsp curry, 2 -3 tsp butter, 13 tbsp light cream

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests with cold water over medium heat for 8 minutes in a pot; Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan until melted, fry the raw shrimps, and turn over halfway for 3 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Cut onions and the tomato into small dice. Add onion dice to the frying pan and stir fry on low heat for 1 minute. Add tomato dice and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  4. Pour light cream into the frying pan, add curry and cook on medium-low heat。 Constantly stir to let the curry melt completely.
  5. Add rice noodles and fried shrimped into the pan. Cook and keep stirring the mixture for 3 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve.
