Ingredients:

1 Cup Red Pepper and Tomato Soup  (available at any major local grocery stores), 2 noodle nests, salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests with cold water over medium heat for 8 minutes in a pot; Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup Red Pepper and Tomato Soup into a pot; add cooked rice noodles and cook for 3 minutes over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally.
  3. To serve, ladle noodles and soup mixture into a bowl. Add salt as desired.
