Ingredients:

2 noodle nests, 5 tsp peanut butter, 3 tsp light soy sauce, 5 oz clean water, 1 tsp Sage Bunch (optional), salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 noodle nests in cold water on medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  2. To make peanut sauce, put 5 tbsp of peanut butter, 3 tbsp of light soy sauce and 5 oz clear water into a bowl and stir well until the peanut butter is completely melted in the water.
  3. Place the cooked noodles in a plate, drizzle with peanut sauce and serve.
  4. Add salt and Sage Bunch as desired.
